📿The Rosary📿

📿Do you know how to pray the Rosary? and in English?
I have recently rediscovered its meaning and value and each time I pray it I find something meaningful that I can apply to my own life. It also brings me peace and relaxes my anxious mind.
Meditating on the life of our Lord, Jesus Christ, through Mary, we are also reorienting our lives toward their 20 spiritual fruits:

📿Joyful Mysteries 🌈 are prayed on Mondays & Saturdays. They teach us 5 spiritual fruits: Humility, Love of Neighbour, Detachment, Obedience and Perseverance.

📿Sorrowful Mysteries 😓 are prayed on Tuesdays & Fridays. They teach us 5 spiritual fruits: God's Will Be Done, Purity, The reign of Christ in our Hearts, Patient bearing of Trials and Pardoning of Injuries.

📿Glorious Mysteries 🎶 are prayed on Wednesdays & Sundays.They teach us 5 spiritual fruits: Faith, Christian Hope, Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Desire for Heaven and Grace of Final Perseverance.

📿Luminous Mysteries ✨ on Thursdays. They teach us 5 spiritual fruits: Openness to the Holy Spirit, To Jesus through Mary, Christian Witness and Conversion, Spiritual Courage and Love of our Eucharistic Lord.
